RULE

Whoever makes damage to the building, to the furniture and to all the devices is taken as legally responsible according to the current normatives. Thefts and other intentional damages will be immediately reported.

At the departure, the staff will control the rooms and the costs for the substitution of eventual damages or the loss of the keys will be charged. The cost for the loss of the keys is fixed at €50,00. For all other materials that are not the keys and the furniture, it’s applied a flat-rate of €50,00.

We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms. Outside of them, there are specific places to smoke.

For safety reasons it is also forbidden to use burners and any other food warmer in the rooms.

WELCOMING
At the arrival, the Guest is requested to show a valid ID in order to transfer the presence to the competent police offices. We accept: Identity Card, Passport or Driver’s Licence.

RECEPTION AND CASH DESK
The bill must be requested and paid the day of departure or the previous day.

The reception and cash desk follow this timing: 07,30/20,00. Credit cards are accepted as well as the Bancomat system and wire transfers.

SERVICES
Inside their room, customers will be able to find a kettle with tea or coffee bags to use for free and also a small mini-bar.

The Maison opens at 07:00 in the morning and closes at 20:00 in the night. In case of late check-in there is an additional cost.

DAMAGES / MISSING OBJECTS
Who causes damage to the building, movable property, equipment, etc. is held legally responsible for it under current regulations. Intentional theft and damage will be immediately reported. Upon departure, the staff of the structure checks the rooms and the costs for the replacement of any damage or loss of keys are charged and must be paid at the time of check out. The cost for the loss of the key is set at 50 euros.

Customers are informed that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. There are special spaces outside the rooms for smoking. We would like to point out to guests that there are smoke sensors inside the rooms. If the sensor detects the presence of smoke, a penalty of 500 euros will be applied.
